FAQ: Shipping & Payment

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do, but only to Malaysia. That includes Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

What shipping company do you use?

We are using Aramex for all out international shipping and Pos Laju for domestic delivery. 

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number once your order is confirmed, along with the URL link to track your parcel.

Why are some places cost more on shipping?

Unfortunately right at this moment we do not have a better option from our courier partner therefore we can't offer a better rate for shipping but we do encourage you to purchase more to make sense of the shipping. 

What if my country is not in your shipping list?

Fret not. Just email us at info@theapothecarymalaysia.com and we will try our best to sort it out.

What payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and direct bank in (valid only in Malaysia).

What do I have to do if I do direct bank in?

You will be required to email us your bank in slip alongside your order number so that we can verify your payment. Do note that direct bank in is only applicable to MALAYSIA ONLY. International orders will have to be under Paypal or Credit card.
